Colin Youngman is a true Geordie (born within sound of the tugboats on the River Tyne), and now lives in Northumberland, north-east England.
He is the creator of the hugely popular Ryan Jarrod series of detective novels set in his native Tyneside, as well as other standalone thriller and mystery novels all of which come with his trademark twists.
Colin also works as a TV Supporting Artiste and has featured in the ITV crime serial Vera, period drama Victoria, and Series 3 of Frontier; a Netflix production.
